How do I view details of credit card, merchant payments from customers? I can only find the statements which does not break down the daily deposits detail?

Go to Gear Icon/Account and Settings/Payments Tab and click the button that says manage Account.  This will bring you to the merchant portal where you can search and see all details of deposits, fees, individual payments, etc.
