In Chart of Accounts of Company 'A Inc', how to add a Subsidiary Company - 'B Inc' wherein, 'A Inc' has invested in Shares of 'B inc'?

How to add to chart of account of Holding Company a subsidiary company where Investment in its equity is being made by Holding Company?

It would be an asset account named for the company you invested in, use that account as the expense (reason) for the payment.
