Hi there,  IRISJORGE.

QuickBooks will automatically cancel the account once the 30 days free trial service ends. Once the service ends, a message will appear like asking a payment. As long as you did not enter your credit card information or any. You will not be charged for the subscription.

Though, I'll still provide you the steps on how to cancel the service:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon.
  3. Select Account and Settings.
  4. Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
  5. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel or Cancel Trial.

After that, your account will be converted to view only access for 60 days. The good thing is you can still run reports with its transactions.

I'd recommend checking the important information about your data after you cancel your QuickBooks Online account.

Get back to me if you have other questions. I'm always around for you!
