How to enable Projects Feature

Hi,

I am subscribed to Quickbooks Online Plus which is the most expensive feature available last month January 2019. I need an accounting system for our Construction business here in the Philippines and one of the features that got me to subscribe to your system is the "Projects Financial Tracking" but since I bought it last month I never got to use it. I have searched for ways to enable it but none was helpful. I have wasted 1 month of my subscription from you guys. I hope that you could do something to help me access it. You promised for this feature on your website, please provide it. Please do not let us, your customers, down.

I have already sent a feedback with attachment of sreenshot regarding this. And I am still waiting for a reply from you guys.

Jumping in to answer your questions, fpadilla.

Currently, the Projects feature is currently offered in QuickBooks Online US, Australia, United Kingdom, Canada, and South Africa. You might want to consider adding projects as sub-customers while this option is unavailable in QBO Philippines.
