How to insert your company logo onto documents for printing, invoices, estimates, etc?

I've got the steps you need, jeffb1.

Let's add the logo in the company settings by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Gear icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Under Your Company, select Account and Settings.
  3. On the left panel, click Company and then select the Company name to expand more options.
  4. Click the logo box to upload your logo.
  5. Select Save and then Done.

Please see sample screenshot below:

Then, we need to make sure that the logo is not hidden from your form templates. Note: We use the Standard template for vendors.

You can follow these steps to check your templates under Custom Form Styles.

  1. In the Account and Settings page, select Sales.
  2. Click the Customize look and feel button. This will take you to the Custom form styles page.
  3. Find the invoice or standard template, and select the Edit link.
  4. Under the Design section, click the Make logo edits. If it shows Hide logo, this means that the logo will show on all forms. Otherwise, select the Show logo link. Select Done.

You can also check this article for reference: Add, customize, or remove logos on sales forms.

Hi, @Shebates1.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) only prints the payee, the amount, check date, and the payee's mailing address. You might want to order pre-printed checks from Intuit QuickBooks Checks and Supplies Team for vest compatibility.

I've added an article that will help align your checks when printing.
