Hello ianne,

The auto-pay feature for recurring bills is currently available in QuickBooks Desktop. In QuickBooks Online, you'll need to manually pay each bill once they are due. However, I'll surely pass this to our engineers as a feature request. This can be a great way to pay bills seamlessly.

Can we set-up auto-pay for Customers whose credit card on file in QuickBooks online?

Thank you for posting here in the QuickBooks Community.

The ability to set up Auto-pay on Recurring Bills is still not available in QuickBooks online.

We aren't able to provide a specific time frame on when this will be rolled out.

Currently, QuickBooks doesn't have the option to set-up auto pay for customers.

However, you can subscribe to Merchant Services to have an option button for your customer to pay through online.
