We haven't received similar issues reported. The Company Admin has access to all areas of the company file, while the Master Admin can grant a user access to the company's information.
You may want to ask the Master Admin to check your user access rights in QuickBooks Online.

I have been trying to email invoices and estimate for 4 days now ,it will not let me access my client or make new invoices or estimates
I've checked for similar reported issues in our list and didn't find any, brujuchastain.
