Let me give you some insights about QuickBooks Online @ahacoen. To have another company, you'll need to have a new QuickBooks Online account. It isn't possible to have multiple companies under one QBO account. That's why you won't be able to transfer the data from one company to another.

From QuickBooks, you can export your data lists to Excel. Then  import it manually to your new QuickBooks Online account.

To export your Lists, here's how.

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under tools, select Export Data.
  3. Select Lists tab.
  4. Then click Export to Excel.

I'll be leaving you an article on how to move your chart of accounts to Quickbooks Online: Move your chart of accounts to QuickBooks Online.

Always feel free to drop by the Community if you need any help. Have a nice day!

@ahacoen

Utilize this 3rd party migration tool. You may set filter for a specific date period only to any transaction type.

Use promo code 20PERCENTOFF at checkout, valid until April 30th, 2020

If you have to open a new QBO account, make sure to click the Buy button to get the discounted price for up to 6 months. If you purchase from the trial account, you have to pay the regular price.
