I'm here to share some information about QBO subscription fees, userusaluxurylimo.

 

Your current subscription rate is dependent upon its original rate and any discounts offered at that time. If your rate seems higher than you expected, you can review the charge in your billing history to know where it's coming from and why. I'll show you how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Click the Gear icon, then choose Account and settings.
  3. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab, then review the information in each section.
  4. Select View payment history to show the bills for the last 6 months.

Usually, these are the possible reasons why your subscription price changes:
 

  • You are currently using our Payroll services.
  • You take and process customer payments with QuickBooks Payments.
  • Sales tax is added to the base subscription price.
  • You had promotional discounts that have expired, so your subscription now bills at the regular price.
  • You recently upgraded from Simple Start to Essentials/Essentials to Plus.

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Select Talk to a human.
  3. Enter "Talk to a human" again in the search bar.

Same issue here. this month I was charged extra 30 dollars; when I look at the billing and subscriptions, it does not say much; human help in only available from 9am~ I am seeing my patients by 830 everyday and can not get to the help. No emails were sent notifying me of changes. My promotional subscription expired a while ago, so I am not sure what it is. Did you resolve this?  Thank you!

As mentioned above, the possible reasons why you may see extra charges could be due to:

 

  • You are currently using our Payroll services.
  • You take and process customer payments with QuickBooks Payments.
  • Sales tax is added to the base subscription price.
  • You had promotional discounts that have expired, so your subscription now bills at the regular price.
  • You recently upgraded from Simple Start to Essentials/Essentials to Plus.

 

Also, once a promotional subscription ends, the cost will depend on the QuickBooks Online you're using.
