Yes, there's available workaround for this, @ASINM.
We can add a custom text box and modify it to add the ship to address in your statement. I can show you how:
- Go to List and select Templates.
- Choose the statement you wanted to edit.
- Click Layout Designer.
- Select the Add icon, then customize the text box, (You can create another copy of the same text box and align it with the one you've created. This will served as another line to add a text.)
