This probably due to a browser error. Let me show you how to fix this.
Let's login to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account using an incognito window. Then, go to the Reports tab and pull up the report you need like Profit and loss to see if everything's fine.
You can also clear the cache cause it causes unusual behavior in QuickBooks Online. Lastly, make sure that the browser is updated.
