I can't see invoices on different devices, What happened?

Usually, I create invoices on different devices, now I can't see all my invoices on all my devices

I can't see invoices on different devices, What happened?

I can help you find those invoices, @Deli1.

 

You can the Magnifying glass or the Advanced Search function to search for the recent invoices you just created.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the Magnifying Glass.
  2. Enter the invoice number. 
  3. Should the transaction not appear, click Advanced Search.
  4. Apply filters to narrow the search.

Also, you can search through the  Audit Log. This tool shows changes that are made within an account.
