I couldn't the box Apply discount if paid early under All lists, Terms

While the Apply discount if paid early is no longer an option in QuickBooks Online, you can utilize the Discount percent option from the invoice. You can manually enter the discount percentage from there. Let me show you how:

Turn on the Discount feature first:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
2. From the Sales menu,  go to the Sales form content section.
3. Toggle to turn on the Discount feature.
4. Click Save and then Done. 

To add a discount to the invoice, just open an existing or create a new one. In the Total section, you can add the discount amount or percent.
