Welcome to the Community, @misslindsay76.

Yes, I'll be more than happy to lend a hand with the sales receipt you created. I suggest running the Audit Log report to view the details of any transactions a user creates in QuickBooks Online.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Audit Log below Tools.
  3. Hit the Filter drop-down.
  4. Choose necessary options.
  5. Tick Apply

Another alternative you can try is by going to the All Sales section and filter transactions to Sales Receipts only. Please follow these steps:

  1. On the left panel, hover your cursor to Sales.
  2. Select All Sales.
  3. Click the Filter drop-down.
  4. Below Type, choose Sales Receipts.
  5. Customize the options.
  6. Hit Apply.

For additional information about the Audit Log feature, check out the following article. It also contains detailed steps and additional information for your reference:

Use the audit log in QuickBooks Online.
