Welcome to the Community. At the moment, you can only add each of your old transactions using the mobile apps. However, you can also log in to a web browser using the same credentials to upload a .CSV (comma-separated values) file of your 2019 business expenses all at once.
First off, get older transactions from your bank by downloading them and save it in a .CSV file format. Here's how:
Once done, start your uploading your transactions. Here's how:
Now, you're ready to review and categorize your transactions to add them to your books. Should you opt to enter each of your 2019 transactions manually using the mobile apps, you can follow the steps in this help article: Manually add transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
For future reference, you can also connect your banks and credit cards so your transactions will automatically download from your connected accounts.
