I have a client who wants to pay me using Stripe. If I send her a Quickbooks invoice, can she pay with Stripe? (She works for a university)

Currently, receiving payments via Stripe is not a feature in QBO. What we have right now is receiving payments via credit card or ACH, provided that your Intuit Merchant account is linked to QBO. See more information in this article: Take and process payments with QuickBooks Payments.
