I have been unable to get any response from customer support via chat or call back. Are there any other options to reach someone? I've been trying for 2 days.

i was unsuccessful yesterday via chat or call back during the available hours.  chat said it would be 5 minute wait and nobody ever connected for well over an hour.  tried several times.  Call back said 20-30 minutes depending on which time I tried and I never got a call.  My actual question is quite simple, but not being able to reach a support person using any method over a 2 day period is horrible.  I was hoping to find an alternate method to contact support when chat and call back fail.  Thanks!
