I have different pricing set up for different customers. Is there a way to set that up so it populates when doing an invoice?

I understand that you have different customer pricing. While we're unable to set this up in QuickBooks Self-Employed, you'll want to manually update the price. You can change it in the Amount field when creating an invoice.
