Re: I have followed all the steps QuickBooks has given when uploading company logo and every time...

We have an open ticket about this behavior, Sean.

Our engineers are also aware of this. Though they are actively working for the resolution, they haven't provide a turnaround time at the moment. In relation to this, please contact our Support, so they can add you to the list of affected users.

If you're concerned of not having a company logo on your sales transactions, you can import invoice and estimate templates with a pre-entered logo on them. Then, use them to your sales entries. This can be our quick fix while waiting for the solution.

To enable the import option, you can click the Gear icon and choose QuickBooks Labs. Then, turn on the Import style switch and click Done to save the setting.

We have a downloadable sample that you can edit and import back to QuickBooks.

  1. Click the Gear icon and choose Custom Form Styles.
  2. Click the New style drop-down and select Import style.
  3. Choose a Form type and click the Download instructions & samples link.

This article has detailed steps that will guide you through importing a template: Import custom form styles for invoices or estimates.

The QuickBooks team is always here to support you. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have additional questions.
