We're unable to add the pay now button on the website, SandyC2. It's only available in invoices.

Once you turn on this feature, you can create and send an invoice to your customer. This lets them pay you straight from the transaction.

Is this being considered in the future to add to QuickBooks Online?  It seems that QBO is missing out on processing fees as other sites (i.e. - PayPal) already offer this and we will keep using them until QBO can catch up.

Hi there, @blondienite.

You may want to subscribe to other Merchant Services that is integrated with QuickBooks to accept payments on your website.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the QuickBooks Apps website.
  2. In the Categories section, select the Make payments tab.
  3. Choose a product that is right for your business.

To connect your payments account so you can process payments in Quickbooks Online, refer to this article: Connect your QuickBooks Payments.

Let me know if you have other concerns. I'm always around to help you out. Stay safe.

Hi, We are building an online ecommerce store using NodeJS platform. So we need to place a Pay Now button at the check out page for our customers to make payments using Cards or Bank transfer. Please guide me on this.

Hello shineptm!

Thank you for using QBO and QuickBooks Payments.

The Pay Now button is only available on invoices sent from QuickBooks. If you have an e-commerce platform, it would be best if you can ask their support if they have the option to integrate with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Payments and if it's possible to let you place a Pay Now button on their platform. By the way, this
