Join nowI have QB version from 2015. When trying to email a statement or invoice, I now get an error message when entering my password to my Gmail account for mailing. Any way to adjust QB or Gmail settings? TH

Hi @richlawrence1,
I'm here to lend a hand with your query. Let's go through some troubleshooting steps to get your webmail up and running again.
The first thing I can suggest is to update your QuickBooks to the latest release.
Send a test transaction to your email.
If the issue persists, take a look at this article: Fix webmail password issues in QuickBooks Desktop.
Search for Step 2: Check your email settings. You'll find specific steps for Gmail, which is your email provider.
In case you get a different error message, check out this article: Fix Error: Could not connect to the email server. Here you'll find 3 solution sets in this article to resolve this error.
If you need further assistance, place a comment below. I'll be sure to get back to you.
QB 2015 is sunsetted and certain features especially with connections do stop working after 3 years and you are long past that. There were some major security updates along the way
If you never updated you cannot update now but downloading fresh version from your camps.intuit account will be the most updated version albeit 2 years in the past.
$200 street price gets you QB2020 and the next 3 years full support and updates.
