I need to add certification numbers as part of my profile, how do I add this information to appear on every invoice?
Hi tomnewkirk08. For it to appear on every invoice, you would need to create a custom template for the invoice. I'm going to list the steps below for you as well as include a quick video on the process so you have a nice visual representation as well. Here they are:
Creating the Template
Select the Gear Icon ⚙️ in the top right corner.
Under the Your Company section, select Custom Form Styles
Now, in the top right, click New Style then Invoice
At the top of the screen that appears next, select Content
Click the box on top
Towards the bottom of the screen, select +Custom Field
Go ahead and enter the information you would like to display on your invoices.
Once you're finished click Done in the bottom right corner
Set the template as default
You should now see the custom form in the list. In the action column, select the Arrow
Next click, Make default
