Hello, and welcome to the Community, jimguillory.

Once you've created an owner's draw account in QuickBooks Online, you can review the data anytime. Here's how:
1. In the navigation bar on the left, go to Accounting.
2. Open the Chart of Accounts tab.
3. Locate the equity account.
4. Select View register.

Once you open the register for the owner's draw account, you'll be able to view all of your transaction history within it. You can filter the payments by date to view the data for 2019.

Here's an article you may find useful about registers and what can be done with them: What are account registers in QBO?

If you have any questions, I'm only a post away. Enjoy the rest of your day!

It depends on how the transactions were recorded in QBO.

Try to filter the transactions and do the batch reclass the transactions to Owners Draw account you want. Here is how:

From the left Dashboard, select the Expenses tab. Once you are on the Expense transactions page, filter the transactions by the "Payee" (if assigned), if not select "Category" if you know the account.  Or both. It will list of transactions you've recorded in 2019. See the screenshot below for reference.

Next, you do the batch reclass to Owners Draw account you want. Select "Batch actions" and select "Categorize" selected from the tab. That should do it.
