I need to move older bank statements to quickbooks

Thanks for reaching out to the Community for support. I hope you're enjoying the day so far. I'm happy to lend a hand with your older bank statements. 

You can upload the transactions into QuickBooks manually. However, the steps will depend on if you currently have your bank account connected to QuickBooks or not. I've included the steps below if your bank is currently connected. 

1. Go to the Banking menu. Then choose the Banking tab.
2. Hit the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions into.
3. Click the Link account dropdown and then Upload from file.
4. Select Browse and then tap the file you downloaded from your bank. Then click Next.
5. In the QuickBooks account dropdown, choose the account you want to upload the transactions into. Then hit Next.
6. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then click on Next.
7. When you're ready, tap Let's go.
