Hi there, flatheadhitch.

 

I'm happy to show you how to reach out tech department for help. You'll need to us the QB Assistant tool. QB Assistant is a virtual agent that gives you quick personalized answers.

To open QB Assistant, follow the step for your device:

  • Web browser: Select Assistant from the top menu.
  • iPhone or iPad: Tap the + button on the dashboard, then select Ask QB Assistant.
  • Android: Tap the chat bubble icon on any screen.

Once you're in, type a question or press and hold the mic icon to ask your question out loud.

 

Connect with us:

  1. Enter or say “Talk to a human.”
  2. Choose a way to connect with us:
    - Post a question and get answers from tax specialists and other customers like you.
    - Start a chat with a support expert.
    - Get a callback from the next available expert.

Keep in mind, some options are only available at certain times.

 

That will connect you with our support team and our tech department as well. However, while I have you hear in the Community, perhaps I can help, what seems to be the issue?

Test deposit is not working. I have been with Intuit on line for 6 years. I changed the address of my credit card and that was it and now it will not work.  I have tried several times and nothing is happening.

I understand how it feels when something isn't working the way it uses to. Don't worry, I'm here to guide you today so you'll be able to reach out with our Support Team.

 

To start, may I know what QuickBooks subscription are you using? Is it QuickBooks Online (QBO), Desktop (QBDT), or Self-Employed (QBSE)? If you're using QBO, you can connect with live support by setting a scheduled callback from your QBO account.

 

Here's how:

  1. Open your QuickBooks Online account, then go to the Help menu and tap Contact us.
  2. Enter a short description of your concern under the What can we help you with? window, then click on Let's talk.
  3. Choose a way to connect with support or click on the Get a call button.

On the other hand, if you're using QBDT, check out the steps from this link.

 

Lastly, follow the steps given by Nick_M above if you're using QBSE.
