Right now, you're unable to move all uploaded receipts from one QuickBooks Online (QBO) company to another.
You'll want to re-upload them to the right account. To do so, please follow the steps outlined below:
On the other hand, you have the option to email receipts to us. We'll extract information from them, then create transactions for you to review.
All you need to do is register your email address, then send receipts to firstname.lastname@example.org. Check out the Email receipts to QuickBooks Online article for more details.
