I've received the Free-for-a-year QB Self-Employed for the past two years, but I keep getting charged $25 per month for regular Quickbooks. Am I being overcharged?

I'd be glad to help you contact our support team. I'll be providing you this link to open our QuickBooks Self-Employed Test Drive. This way, you can access the Quickbooks Assistant tab to reach our representative. 

 

Once you open the test drive, you can follow the steps provided by my colleague.

Hi brent.k.rogers,

 

We would be happy to check these charges for you. I would recommend reaching out to our Support, so they can take a look at your billing history. They have the tools to check that on their end.

  1. Select Assistant from the top menu.
  2. Enter “Talk to a human.”
  3. Choose a way to connect with us:
    Start a chat with a support expert.
    Get a callback from the next available expert.

On the other hand, you can find references for QBSE on the QuickBooks Support page. Just choose the QuickBooks Self-Employed topic and click +More Topics below.

Thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately, I'm not finding either the "Assistant" tab or the "Help" button mentioned when I call the [Removed by Moderator]  number and go on to the #2 selection.
