Have you updated your banking login credentials recently, lioramendeloff?
You'll want to update that here:
- Click Banking on the left pane.
- Select Update.
- Click the Edit icon next to the bank name, select Edit sign-in info, and enter your updated bank website username or user ID and password.
- Select Save and connect. QuickBooks Online will try to connect with your bank to verify your information.
- Once you see a confirmation message, select I'm done, Let's go!
If the error persists, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Online support again.
- Go to the Help icon.
- Select Talk to a human.
- Enter "Talk to a human" again in the search bar.
- Choose I still need a human, then click Contact us.
