I'm here to provide some insight into your questions about changing the sender email for invoices in QuickBooks Online.
The default email address when sending sales forms like invoices, transactions, and reports is quickbooks@notification.intuit.com. Changing the sender email address in QBO is currently unavailable. Our engineers are working to add some options, such as connecting your Google Apps for Business account should you use their email services for your business.
If you have any further QuickBooks related questions, feel free to let me know. Have a great day!
Hi, does it mean that even i have my own domain and email, i cannot send invoice out through it?
Or how can i send invoice to my client using my own email (not gmail, through my company email).
Cheers
Hello, Ashley67.
Thanks for reaching out to the Community. Allow me to join the conversation and help you with your concern. As mention above, the default email address when sending sales forms like invoices, transactions, and reports is quickbooks@notification.intuit.com. However, as a workaround, you can send it to your email and sent it to the customer using that email provider.
With that said, I'll personally share this option to our developers. They'll verify this idea and may be added to our future updates.
Please keep in touch with me here should you need any further assistance regarding the emails. The Community always has your back. Stay safe!
