Getting notifications of undelivered forms is currently unavailable. The good news is, you may ask your customers who among them don't receive one, or manually review the sales receipts with fake emails from the Audit History. Then, print them.

Once you create a sales receipt, you have an option not to enter the email address unless you want it to send this out to your customer. Also, just make sure to click the Save or Save and Close button when saving it. Let me guide you how:
