Your discounted price is expired and you have to pay in regular price now. If you want to get the lower price, you will need another effort. Utilize the 3rd party tool to migrate your data between QBO accounts.

Once you are ready to proceed, open a NEW QBO account with current discounted plan. You may get the current discounted price for up to 6 months.

Thanks for posting to the Community, @randybadway1.

Fiat Lux - ASIA is right, it could be your promotional discounts have expired. That's why your subscription now bills at the regular price.

I also recommend contacting our Customer Care Team to help check your account and verify the charges.

Let me show you how:

  1. Go to Help and then click Contact Us.
  2. Enter your query and hit Let's talk.
  3. Choose to Get a callback.

You can call our supports every 6:00 am-6:00 pm from Monday to Friday and 6:00 am-3:00 pm Saturday.

You can refer to this article on how to identify charges on your statement: What is the Intuit charge on my credit card statement.

Also, check this article about possible scenarios why your rate seems higher than expected: QuickBooks Online subscription rate.
