In the process of creating an invoice, every single customer I pull up lists only 3 transactions per customer. I am unable to see past transactions. What is going on?

We haven't received any similar reports about this issue. Make sure to filter the correct Type and Date on your customer's transaction list to show all the transactions you've made. (attached screenshot) 



If the same thing happens, it's possible that you might be experiencing some browser hiccups. Once you visit a website, the cache will store the information which can take up space on the computer's memory. If it's overloaded, it can cause unexpected results.


In cases like that, you'll want to perform some basic troubleshooting. Start with logging into your account through a private browser:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N 
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If it works fine with a private browser, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This article can keep you going: Delete or disable cache and temporary internet files in your web browser.


Also, the other way to pull up the customer's transactions is to pull up the Transaction List by Customer report. 


Here's how:

  1. In the left tab menu, go to Reports.
  2. Select and type-in the Transaction List by Customer.
  3. Change the Date range, then click Run report
