Currently, we have an ongoing issue about the transactions that aren't syncing in QBO even if they are already connected to PayPal. Were you able to log in to your account? If not, did you get any error message when connecting? Any additional details are greatly appreciated.
If you're having an issue updating the account, I'd recommend reaching out to our QBO Support so they can add you to the list of affected users. They can sign you up to receive email updates once the issue is resolved.
