Is there a way of setting up a contractor manually? I have a contractor who doesn't have an email and is very difficult for him to obtain one because he is not tech savy.

Yes, there's a way where you can manually add a contractor in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @chavianohandyman.

We can simply uncheck the box in which you can link their email when adding them as contractors. Here's how:

  1. Select Workers or Payroll and then choose Contractors.
  2. Click Add a contractor.
  3. Enter the contractor's Name.
  4. Uncheck the box that says "Email this contractor to complete their profile..."
  5. Select Add a contractor.
  6. Click Add and choose whether the contractor is an individual or a business, then enter their information.
  7. Select Save and close.
