Is there a way to have clients electronically sign estimates including term and conditions from Quickbooks online?

That's a good feature, Kelly64. 

While that option is unavailable, you'll want to manually change the status. I'll show you how:

1. Open the estimate.
2. Click the Pending drop-down arrow, then select the status under Estimate status.
3. Click Save and close.
