Is there a way to save my invoice as a pdf automatically when I hit the save button?

Hello @rodlind,

 

When you save your invoice it'll automatically create a PDF copy in QuickBooks. You'll want to click on the "Print or Preview" to download and print it. Here's how.

 

  1. Go to +New, then Invoice.
  2. Enter the invoice information, then Save.
  3. Click Print or Preview to open a PDF copy.
  4. Snap Download or Print when you're ready.
