I appreciate you reaching out here in the Community. I'd be happy to show you how to get in contact with a QBO online chat agent.
This can be done directly through your account. Here's how:
1. Click the Help button in the top right corner.
2. Select Contact Us at the bottom of the panel.
3. Enter Chat in the text box and choose Continue.
4. From here, you'll be able to select Message an Agent to begin an online chat.
That will do it. Of course, you're always more than welcome to ask any questions you have in this space. I'll be here to help in any way that I can.
Computer that has our Quickbooks on it stopped working today and have no way to access it on another computer. Have orders to process and ship! Need help asap please! Can we get it on a laptop for now while we buy another computer?

Choose the product or version of QuickBooks you're using to generate the correct contact support.

Under "Help" on top task bar, there is no contact listed

on the new quick book there is not a contact us in the help center. stuck again without being able to talk to quickbook
