Is this for real? I just was charged $1.00 by Intuit Quickbooks to update my credit card for auto debit subscription charge each month. Seriously?

What? There's a fee to change the way you pay Intuit?  Nuts, if so.

Let me route you to the right support so they can check why you're being charged with $1.00 on your account, foley-nancy-c.

To verify the charge amount, let's go to the Billing & Subscription page in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon on the top menu.
2. Select Accounts and Settings.
3. Hit Billing & Subscription on the left of the screen.
4. Tick the View payment history link.

Once done, please reach out to our Customer Support Team. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and provide you detailed information about why you are being charged with $1.00.

1. Click the Help on the top menu.
2. Tick Contact Us.

This happens to me also. The $1.00 charge never shows in Payment History. So far it adds up to several dollars. I'm not happy with this at all. I'm looking for alternative software.

Okay... The one dollar charges show as pending but drop off after a day or two.
