Hi there, @reyguitche04.
Welcome and thanks for joining us here in the Community. I'm here to help fix the issue you're getting when saving your company logo in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
I tried uploading a logo here on my end and I was able to save it. Please see the screenshot below.
To isolate this, try logging into your QBO account using a private browser window. Your regular browser's settings or old cache might have caused this unexpected behavior while using QuickBooks.
Here's how:
Once logged in, add and save your company logo again. For your reference, you may check out this article for more information: How to add, customize, and troubleshoot logo on sales forms. If it works, go back to your main browser and perform clear cache to remove temporary internet files on your computer. The steps to do this will differ depending on which browser you’re using. For further guidance, please visit this link: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?
That should help save your company logo. But if you're getting the same results, please let me know so we can try other steps to get this working for you. I want to make sure this is fix.

Hi @FritzF
Appreciate for the suggestion. I'm using Internet Explorer and did the steps as you suggested. Sad to say, when I click save it does nothing (I am expecting that it will close the window and the logo will show but it doesn't).
Hi @FritzF - I can save it now but the logo is not showing. It says the File is not supported though. I thought I met the criteria for the file size and specs. thanks a lot.
Hi there again, @reyguitche04.
Thanks for getting back to me.

I have the same issue: I have gone through the steps and I am in private browser... issue continues.

Having the same issue, and ready to throw the whole quick books software away.

I this thread is month old. I just purchased QBO, shocking to see I have the very same problem. Until now your engineers doing what? very simple stuff you guys are unable to find a solution?
Hi fayeeg,
I’ve checked the status of this case and it’s still open. Our engineers are doing some further checking on this one to make sure their solution wouldn’t affect other QuickBooks functions.
On the other hand, the company logo adds flavors to your sales forms. So your customers can see it on your invoices and estimates, you can upload a template of these transactions with your company logo on them. Then, you can use them on your transactions.
We appreciate your patience while we look into this matter.
Same issue, have tried everything, I would simply like to have my logo saved so I can use it on invoices estimates etc??????????????
Why is this such a problem?

I am having the same problem. Doesn't save the logo. Totally annoying and wasting my time trying to find the solution with something that seems like it should be pretty basic.
I am having the very same problem.
I'll help you save your company logo, CM23.
Let's do the basic troubleshooting steps to see if it's a browser-related issue.
Here's how:
Accessing your account using a different browser can be an option, too.

Hi there, Vic Valentino.
You can open the logo with Paint (or Preview on Mac) and save it again as a .jpg under the new file name. Then, try adding the company logo again on your sales form.

Having the same problem and its may and this still has not been fixed? Im paying almost 400$ a year for a program that cant do something as simple as put a logo on paperwork. This needs to be fix asap please help me. Im trying to run/start a business and this is putting everything on hold.
Hello, Fuller Fabrication.
Upon checking updates, our developers had found out that the issue is being caused by a logo under CYMK format. They recommend re-uploading the logo under the RGB format so you can save it successfully.
Though, if you’re still having issues saving RGB file, it’d be best to reach out to our support team for further assistance. They can also launch a new investigation if needed. Here’s how to get in touch with them:
Don’t hesitate to reach us again if you have other questions about QuickBooks.
I too am (still) having this issue and it's now mid July. The issue doesn't appear to be resolved. WOW... I select a .jpg saved in the sRGB format that is well below 1MB (which incidentally is kind of a CRAZY limit these days for anything of quality) and after upload and "processing" I get the attached result. When I click "Save" it does nothing. I suppose I'm contacting support about this issue but I'd be remiss if I didn't say that's been relatively unfruitful in the past. I need to invoice and this is in my way...
I know this wasn't an easy process for you, cgh1. I have faced the same problems myself.
Currently, there are reports with regards to uploading a logo. Our engineers are all hands in investigating this unexpected behavior and are diligently looking for a fix as soon as possible.
With this being said, let me guide you to our Customer Care support, so you'll be added to the list of affected users and receive email notifications as soon as they become available.

I'm joining this thread because a year later I just started QBO and am having the exact same issue. I can upload and "save" logos but nothing actually happens.
