Join nowI started making some journal entries for invoices I have from last year, QBO usually assigns progressing JE #'s and it kind of did this time but has AJE 2019 Deprec after the number, next one was 2020. What is this? The entries are not Depreciation and technically are not Adjusting Journal Entries either. I have the invoices paid I'm just recording the different accounts to which money was distributed (part of the check value was for refundable deposits not inventory). Should I just delete the AJE #### Deprec extension and increase the Journal Entry # by one?
Any help appreciated!

Hello there, @BeerOutside!
I'll be glad to help you correct your journal entry and get you to fix your bank accounts.
You don't have to delete the AJE #### Deprec extension. Instead, adjust the JE number if there is a need to correct it.
Then create a JE with a correct number. QuickBooks will then follow the order of numbers once saved.
