Let me step in and help you create a cash on delivery packing slip in your QuickBooks Online account.
In QuickBooks Online, you can download your customer's packing slip and manually input the fields you want to add to the slip. Or, you can also search for a third-party app.
Please follow these steps on how to print your customer's packing slip:
- From the left panel, go to the Sales tab.
- Select Customers.
- Choose the customer you want to print the packing slip.
- In the Transaction List menu, select the invoice or sales receipt you want to print.
- Click the Batch actions button.
- Choose Print packing slip.
- On the packing slip window, click the Download icon at the upper right corner.
- Save the file where you can easily locate it.
Also, you can search for a third-party app that will help you print your customer's packing slip with the outstanding field, signature line and etc.
- Go to the Apps.
- In the search field, enter the app name you want.
