It's possible that the bank is having a maintenance. It can also be that there are notifications on the bank's website that needs our attention.
QuickBooks downloads the 30 to 90 days of transactions, and in some cases up to a year. Every time you sign in, we automatically downloads new transactions from your connected accounts. It looks like after a year it hasn't been updating. Instead of deleting (disconnecting) it, we can manually upload your transactions.
Here's how:
- Let's log in to our bank's website and download the needed transactions as a CSV file.
- Follow any on-screen instructions to finish the download.
- Once done, let's log in to your QBSE account through a browser.
- Click the Gear icon and select Imports.
- Select the account you want to add the transactions into.
- Click Browse to open the file.
- Review the column header and data and then click Continue.
Our transactions are now available within QuickBooks for us to review and then categorize them.
