Here's how on how to use private browser:
Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift + N
If the steps above works, I suggest to clear your browser's cache to boost browser-related issues. Some stored data on your browser can impact the data being transmitted, thus causing some unusual responses.
If the steps above will not work, you can use supported browsers as alternatives.

You'll have to create these income accounts you mentioned in the Chart of Accounts, so they'll be included when you create a budget.
If you haven't yet, follow these steps:

In other words, I'm entering my client's 2020 FY budget. My client has a deduction for an account in her income section - a negative value. QBO returned an "invalid" message when I tried to enter the negative value in our existing income account. TY!

In other words, I'm entering my client's FY2020 budget. She has a deduction for an account in her income section - a negative value. QBO returns an "invalid" message when I try to enter her negative budget value. We'd like to be able to enter a negative value when entering our budget. TY!
