My customer are having problems paying my invoices from the email I sent them. They click the pay with bank transfer button and it just spins. Any thoughts?

You can let your customer to open the email through a private window and pay the invoices from there. This helps us verify if the problem is with the browser he/she is using. To use a private browser, here’s how:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
