My invoice is too large to send - isn't getting through to my client. Invoice is 117 kb. How can I shrink it so they can still access the payment choices?

I've got steps so you can send your invoice in QuickBooks Self-Employed, @barbg2000-hotmai.

Let's perform basic troubleshooting steps to isolate the error. Let's start by using a private browser. Private mode prevents storing cache and cookies that might cause problems when running websites.

Here are the shortcut keys you can use:

  • Google Chrome: click Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl+ Shift + P
  • Safari: hit Command + Shift + N

Once signed in, send the invoice again

If you don't experience the same thing, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. This will remove the stored cache or cookies to refresh your browser's background process. If the same thing happens, use another supported browser. It could be that the one you're currently using has a temporary issue.

Then, to have a list of your payment receipts, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to camps.intuit.com
  2. Enter your account information
  3. Under Payment & Order Activity, click the View your transaction history option.
  4. Select Details to the right of the amount.

Keep me posted if you have any other concerns about sending invoices in QuickBooks. I'm always here to help. Have a great day ahead.
