If these are recurring transactions, please check their templates to see if they have an End date, Occurrence, or if the Automatically send emails option isn't selected. These are usually the cause of undelivered recurring invoices and estimates.
lf the templates don't have the things I mentioned above, you can manually send them to your clients. You can do the same thing if these are non-recurring invoices and estimates. Then, please contact our email or chat team, so they can gather more data from your QuickBooks to investigate this further.
Click on Help and choose Contact us.
