Hi there, islanddivesvc1.

I have checked the records and seen no open issue similar to yours. Also, bank sync to QuickBooks (QB) will not affect your bank transactions in receiving invoice payments because it's different. QB is a read-only app which means that all the bank transactions will base on what is posted in your bank.

As of now, I suggest you contact our Customer Phone Care Team so that they can verify further if there is a bank issue or a connection issue from QuickBooks Online. Here's how to reach out to them:

  1. In your QuickBooks Enterprise company, go to the Help button and click on the Contact Us button.
  2. Enter your concern in the box and click Continue.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions and verify.

You can also check on how invoice payments works in QuickBooks Self-Employed: Add contractor direct deposit info in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Let me know if you need further assistance. I'm more that willing to help. Take care.

Hello,

I am still having a “bank issue” and none of my paid invoices have gone into my account. It’s been 9 days since the first one was paid.

Hello there, @islanddivesvc1.

I'd like to look further into this behavior for you. To better assist you, I'd like to ask a couple of questions:

  • What is the name of the bank?
  • Are there any error messages?

You can leave me a Reply with more details. In the meantime, I'm going to provide you with more information on paid invoices.

If you have QuickBooks Payments, then your funds will deposit within 5 business days after your first payment. Your first deposits take a bit longer while your merchant account gets set up. After that's done, your payments will deposit quicker. Your deposit speed depends on which product you use. If you'd like to know your rates and speed, you can contact our Payments Support.

I'll keep an eye out for your response! I'll talk to you soon.
