Let's open your account in an incognito or private browser.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
- Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Internet Explorer: Press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Press Command + Shift + N
Then, go back to the check screen to see if the Save option is available. If it is, you can open your regular browser again and clear the browser's cache. Once done, close the browser entirely to refresh the settings.
On the other hand, try using a different browser such as Firefox, Internet Explorer or Safari.
