Need to change invoice address

Hi there, @nenodelgado-gmai.


You’ll first double-check the Company Address listed from your Account and Settings page. Then, make sure to default the template you’ve customized in the Custom Form Styles section. 


To review the address in the Account and Settings:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Account and Settings.
  2. Pick Company from the left panel.
  3. Click the Address pencil icon and update the Company address.
  4. Choose Done.

To default the template:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Custom Form Styles.
  2. Locate the invoice template you’ve customized.
  3. In the Action column, choose to Make default from the Edit drop-down.

Please note that this change won’t affect those previously created invoices. It will only be applied moving forward.


You’ll want to open the old transactions, and manually change the template used. Here’s how:

  1. Pick Sales in the left navigation panel, choose Customers.
  2. Locate the customer you need, and open the invoice you need.
  3. Click Customize at the bottom of your screen, and put a checkmark in the template you want to use.
  4. Then, select the Print or Preview button.

That’s it! Your new address should now show in your invoices
