If you're referring to tracking shareholders' contribution by class, then, yes, you can do it in QBO. You can simply turn on the class tracking feature and record the shareholder's deposit.

Once done, you can now record a deposit and ensure to select an equity account under the Account column, to track the share by class you can add a class under the Class column.

In QB you would need shareholder accounts per shareholder (per class of stock), using a class is not going to do it.
And no, QB will not track number of shares per shareholder (as it should)
so you end up with a spreadsheet listing shareholders, qty of shares and amount invested per class of stock. Then in QB use a summary entry to show the totals for that class of stock
